Basab Pradhan has had a successful career spanning IT Services, Technology and Consumer Marketing. He started his career with Hindustan Unilever in India in consumer marketing. Subsequently, he spent most of his career at Infosys Ltd. where he was Head of Global Sales & Marketing for the last 5 years of his tenure. From 2002 to 2005 he reorganized and led the transformation of the company’s sales and go-to-market as it maintained its industry leading growth and margins. His book on the Indian IT Services industry was published in 2012 by Penguin Random House.
Mr. Pradhan is a graduate of Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Sudhir is the Chief Executive Officer of Coforge and serves on the company’s Board of Directors.
He joined Coforge in May 2017.
Sudhir brings experience across Unilever (Hindustan Lever), Infosys and Genpact to bear on his current role at Coforge. He has 24 years of industry experience with an exceptional track record of execution, driving robust revenue and margin growth simultaneously, executing business turnarounds and orchestrating successful acquisitions.
As the CEO and Executive Director of the firm Sudhir charted the “Transform at the Intersect” growth strategy of the organization. Under this construct the firm has logged industry leading growth and profits by hyper-focusing on the Financial Services and Travel industries.
The “Engage with the Emerging” technologies vision of the firm has allowed it to incubate and industrialize emerging technologies including Cognitive, Blockchain and Automation. Sudhir remains personally and intensely engaged with the firm’s clients to ensure that the execution rigor remains intact.
As an author and a public speaker, Sudhir regularly communicates his views about the changing industry landscape, the workforce of tomorrow, tech disruption in the Financial Services industry, and change /growth leadership. He is a strong advocate for inclusion in the workplace; and for building bridges with academia.
Sudhir started his career in 1995 with Unilever (Hindustan Lever). During his six-year Sales and Brand Management stint with Unilever in India Sudhir won the prestigious Hindustan Lever Chairman’s Award “for exceptional performance”.
Subsequently, he spent close to a decade with Infosys in the US. He was an Invitee to the Infosys Management Committee, the Head of the Infosys South-West Geo and also founded and ran the Infosys Global BFS Payments and Cards Portfolio.
At Genpact, Sudhir was the Chief Operating Officer of the Capital Markets and IT Services business. He played a key role in the acquisition and subsequent integration of Headstrong Technologies. During the integration period he served as a Managing Director of Headstrong between 2012-14.
Sudhir is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology and the Indian Institute of Management.
He is based in Princeton, New Jersey.

Mr. Gopalakrishnan is a Managing Director in Baring Private Equity Asia’s (“BPEA”) Mumbai office and invests in the technology and healthcare sectors. Mr. Gopalakrishnan joined BPEA in 2007 and is a founding member of BPEA’s India business. Prior to joining BPEA, Mr. Gopalakrishnan worked in the private equity practice at New Vernon, an India-dedicated multi-strategy investment management firm. Previously, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers India.
Mr. Gopalakrishnan has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Kerala and received a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India.

Mr. Cheong is a Managing Director and a Member of the Investment Committee of BPEA. Mr. Cheong joined BPEA in 1998. Mr. Cheong is involved in BPEA’s investments in Southeast Asia. Mr. Cheong has also been involved with BPEA’s investments in China, Korea, U.S. and India. Mr. Cheong was previously a Manager with BZW Asia for three years, where he was involved in corporate finance and M&A in the Region. Prior to that, Mr. Cheong spent three years with DBS Bank, where he was involved in credit, marketing and loan syndications.
Mr. Cheong graduated with First Class Honors in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics. He was born in Malaysia and is fluent in English and conversational in Mandarin.

Mr. Cordes is a Managing Director and the CFO of BPEA.Mr. Cordes joined BPEA in 2006. Mr. Cordes is responsible for overseeing the finance, tax, portfolio monitoring, legal, compliance, IT and office operations functions and jointly oversees BPEA’s human capital function. Mr. Cordes is also responsible for overseeing BPEA’s philanthropic activities and serves on the Board of Social Impact Partners. Prior to BPEA, Mr. Cordes worked at Deloitte in New York and Hong Kong, serving a wide range of clients, including private equity firms, Japanese trading companies, global financial institutions and non-financial US registrants based in Asia.
Mr. Cordes is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and graduated from Lehigh University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Economics.

Dr. Holly J. Morris has extensive experience as a corporate IT and operations executive in Fortune 500 global financial services organizations, local government and manufacturing. From 2006 to 2012, she was the CIO at Thrivent Financial, a Fortune 500 financial services organization where she led the creation and implementation of a $250M modernization program to retire legacy systems and implement new technology to enable the company’s growth strategy. Holly also served as the SVP of technologies at American Express Global Financial Services. She held CIO and CTO positions at ING North America, and was also CIO for the City of Minneapolis. She started her career at Honeywell where she rose to Section Head of Computer Aided Engineering, and then moved to the at the Honeywell spin-off, Alliant Techsystems, where she was responsible for all business and manufacturing systems.
Since retiring, Holly has been advising global IT delivery companies and has continued several volunteer activities, serving universities, non-profits and government on innovative ways to re-invent themselves given today’s technology opportunities and challenges. She served on the board of Royal Cameron Corporation and Highland Capital Brokerage Corporation and was recognized as an “Outstanding Woman” by <em>Twin Cities Business</em> and as one of the “Elite 8” by <em>Insurance and Technology </em>magazine.
Holly holds a BA in Classics from Kent State University, an MA and PhD in Ancient Studies from the University of Minnesota and is close to completing her masters in software systems from the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, MN. While a student, her research interests included using computing tools such data bases, statistical packages and simulation technology to better understand ancient social and economic systems.

He is a Financial Management veteran and has extensive experience in investment/acquisition advisory services, valuations and decision analysis, business and financial restructuring, dispute analysis and forensics.
He has served on various committees of the Banking Division/Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Corporate Affairs and INSOL International. He also served as a member of PWC’s Global Advisory Leadership Team. He is currently the Managing Partner of Veritas Advisors LLP, which provides strategy, governance and financial advisory services. He is a Non-Executive Director in Aditya Birla Finance Limited and Chairman of its Audit Committee.
Mr. Puri is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Management Accountant from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK.

Mr. Hariharan is the General Counsel of BPEA. Mr. Hariharan joined BPEA in 2011. Mr. Hariharan is responsible for all legal matters associated withBPEA’s fund raising and investment efforts including the structuring and execution of transactions, financing and related activities. Prior to joining BPEA, Mr. Hariharan was at leading law firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky and Walker, worked with Och-Ziff Capital Management at their Hong Kong and Bangalore offices and was a Partner of Amarchand&Mangaldas& Suresh A. Shroff & Co., India’s leading law firm.
Mr. Hariharan received his LL.M. (Commercial Law) from Singapore Management University and a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the National Law School of India University. Mr. Hariharan is fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil.
